Phone Call Tips...
If your phone number is set to show "Restricted," I can't call
you back if I miss your call. If possible, please text me if I miss your call,
in case this has happened.
Increasingly, we get calls that our provider labels as "Suspected Spam."
I don't answer those any longer, although once, it was a real person inquiring
about a puppy!

BEST METHODS:
-
E-mail
is the BEST way to reach me, as I often can't answer the
phone while working on the farm.
Unless we're out of town or extremely busy on the farm, our e-mail is "usually" checked
several times per day.
We also like to have inquiries in
writing, as that gives us a way to review contact
information and your requests/questions if needed.
If you
E-mail
us, please be sure we also have your phone number.
We have had cases where two parties wanted the same puppy, and we couldn't
reach one party in a timely manner because all we had was their e-mail
address.
I "most often" check e-mail daily, but there are
times that it may be a couple days between checking if we
are having a busy time on the farm or if we have family
activities that leave us too tired at the end of the day
to work at the computer. However, if you don't get a reply
from us within 3 days, feel free to call or email again.
-
TELEPHONE: Feel
free to call, although notice below that "voice mail
messages" are my nemesis, and I
rarely check voice mail any longer.
712-370-0851 between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. CST if
possible. If I am unable to answer the phone, you
can leave a voice message, but I must admit that sometimes
WEEKS pass before I remember to check the voice
mail/answering machine. I simply hate voice mails.
:-(
-
TEXT MESSAGES: We would like to
reserve text messaging to our current customers only.
Please do not inquire about a puppy
via text unless you include your e-mail address in the
text message...to respond to your inquiry, I would need to
have a keyboard for faster and more extensive communication anyway. E-mail is
just so much better because space is not limited.
-
WORST
METHOD: Voice Mail Messages.
-
If you leave a voice mail message, I
honestly will probably never hear it.
You can call 712-370-0851 between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. CST. If I am unable to answer the phone, you
can leave a voice message,
and if your number doesn't look like a spam call, I might
call back later.

DO NOT USE MAPQUEST or other Internet
instructions. Several people have gotten lost trying to follow those,
or else have gone down a dirt (mud) road by following online instructions.
