We should have named her "CR Happy Dog, Happy Dog, I'm A Happy Dog!"  :-)  Hershey is an absolute sweetheart! She is smaller than the average beagle, though stout/stocky over her medium-boned frame.

Hershey is quite an active beagle, and would not do well in an apartment.
She is accustomed to a fenced in yard or kennel area, and a doggie door leading in/out of a building. She is not house trained. Because she has always had a doggie door to go outside through when she needs to, she is definitely trainable, though.
